Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Working with the clients to receive and analyze briefing requests (end-to-end coordination and delivery).
Building project timing plans and project estimates.
Building and improving workflows.
Coordinating e-Commerce and Digital content production (including localization and adaptation for multiple markets) with internal/external resources and partners.
Guiding clients and their expectations, managing projects and production issues.
Soliciting client feedback and communicating potential areas of improvement.
Making sure work and feedback implemented is in line with brand’s standards.
Coordination of project’s budget: creation of cost estimates, coordination of invoicing process with finance department.
Establishing good work relations with the clients as well as the internal teams.
Team management
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in Account Management / Client Service (agency, digital, e‑commerce)
Proven track record leading complex client accounts and large, multi‑stream projects
Strong experience with e‑commerce content (digital shelf, product content, localization)
Ability to own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
Confident coordinating cross‑functional teams (content, design, PM, tech, QA)
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end delivery: scope, timelines, budgets, risks
Process‑driven mindset: able to run, optimize, and improve workflows
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder‑management skills
Commercial awareness (scoping, estimates, profitability, upsell support)
Fluent English; comfortable in international, fast‑paced environments
