Responsibilities:

  • Manage team requests for system changes, ensuring alignment with the overall system strategy (e.g., workflow updates, brief form changes).

  • Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues to ensure high availability, and collaborate with the MarTech Manager on integration-related topics.

  • Work with the system provider to resolve bugs, request enhancements aligned with the roadmap, and stay informed about releases and updates.

  • Lead system release rollouts, including testing, communication, and user training.

  • Provide timely support to client and agency users facing technical issues.

  • Co-develop, deliver, and continuously improve training programs with the Tech team for internal teams and clients.

  • Deliver onboarding and refresher training sessions, including new features and integrations.

  • Identify knowledge gaps in system usage and provide targeted training solutions.

  • Create and maintain dashboards to track KPIs related to system usage and integration effectiveness.

  • Prepare stakeholder reports to communicate system performance and improvement impact.

  • Gather user feedback to identify pain points and recommend improvements to workflows and system performance.

  • Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies in collaboration with the MarTech Manager.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement system enhancements and process improvements.

  • Drive adoption by communicating system updates, enhancements, and training opportunities.

  • Maintain workflow platform flows, including new setups and template creation.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Tool Manager, System Analyst, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on training and user support.

  • Strong understanding of system administration principles and best practices, with interest in marketing technology.

  • Experience designing and delivering training programs for different audiences.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a global team.

  • Experience with project management tools.

  • Experience managing senior stakeholders.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Knowledge of tools such as Asana, Storyteq, GRIP, or DAM is a plus.

  • Passion for technology and delivering strong user experience.
