Your responsibilities
Creating & managing new business pipeline, including proactive lead generation
Developing and executing strategies focused on long term partnerships and growth cooperation with our customers and partners
Achieving and reporting on sales targets
Participating in projects staffing, allocation planning of consultants and teams
Building in-depth knowledge within the industries of our customers
Being our clients’ advocate, maintaining organized client feedback, and acting on it
Working closely with marketing, management, PMO, delivery teams as well as our Bavaria-based head office
Our requirements
At least 5 years B2B sales experience in IT services
University degree
Experience in working with foreign markets (EU, UK, USA)
Fluent, professional working English (at least C1) and Polish; knowledge of German will be highly advantageous
Excellent communication skills
Ability to discover clients’ needs and to build long-term relationships through consultative selling
Professional approach towards clients and colleagues
Knowledge of modern sales techniques, tools and processes
A go-getter attitude with a passion for IT technologies
Teamwork mindset and eagerness for teaching others to help them grow
A sense of humour (a must-have)
