The Role: Keep the Radom engine running smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee internal operations, manage RevOps, and ensure seamless organizational execution as the company scales. This includes streamlining cross-functional workflows, managing software tooling, and establishing clear KPIs for operational success.

Key Requirements:

• Robust leadership background in Fintech, Crypto, or fast-paced SaaS operations.

• Proven expertise in process optimization, resource allocation, and cross-departmental management.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting.
