As our team continues to grow, we’re currently looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our Growth Team - someone eager to develop their skills while managing a community of over 4 million players (and counting!).It's a full-time, work-from-office position in the historical railway station building in Kraków.

Your responsibilities:

• Resolving player issues

• Managing Discord and engaging with the community

• Supporting in-game events and LiveOps

• Optimizing support processes

Job requirements

What we are looking for:

• Interest in community-driven games

• At least 1-year of previous customer service experience

• Strong communication skills, B2+ English

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or in progress)

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
