IT Delivery Consultant ( Resourcer / Recruiter)

As a IT Delivery Consultant ( Resourcer / Recruiter) with RED Global Poland, you will be responsible for generating technical candidates and market intel to support our Sales Consultants in delivering on client requirements. This will include various technologies including, but not limited to DevOps, Cloud, and Software Development.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and build long term strategic candidate relationships through telephone contact

· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and KPI target

· Obtain and gain a full understanding of client hiring requirements

· In partnership with the sales team, identify and qualify suitable candidates prior to submission

· Generate and pass business leads

· Develop, maintain and leverage a network of SAP / IT professionals from candidate perspective

· Identify opportunities for other RED business units within your client base

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

• 1 years’ resourcing experience in DevOps, Cloud, and Software Development, Cyber, SAP or similar tech
• A desire to exceed expectations and lead by example
• Ambitious and results focussed mindset
• Good understanding of the recruitment industry
• A consultative approach and solid business acumen
• Independent and methodical approach to work
• Prepared to work the hours when required
• Excellent verbal and written skills - able to converse and write effectively is key to this role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Track record of success in a sales role
• Resilient with strong negotiation skills
