Web Publishing Team Coordinator

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Web Publishing Team Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing one of our key clients, Jaguar Land Rover, across selected European markets. As the primary point of contact for the client, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our services and maintaining strong client relationships.

What you will do:

• Coordinate team activities to ensure efficient delivery of services.

• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.

• Manage content updates and revisions on Jaguar & Land Rover websites.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Conduct recurring meetings with the client to review progress, prioritise tasks and address any possible issues.

• Represent client's interests within our organisation to ensure their satisfaction and success.

• Monitor progress and quality of work delivered by the team.

• Identify and suggest opportunities for website improvements, including UX and performance enhancements.

• Provide support in achieving client KPIs.

• Collaborate with development, analytics, UX/UI, Product and other regional web publishers teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry.

• Proficiency in using enterprise grade Content Management Systems.

• Fluency in English and Polish.

• Strong coordinating and team-leading skills, with proven experience in managing team capacity and backlog prioritization.

• Willingness to lead presentations for clients.

• Proactiveness and assertiveness in client interactions.

• Familiarity with performance marketing concepts, understanding client goals and how to support them.

• Understanding of HTML and CSS, capable of making code changes when necessary.

• Experience with project rollouts.

• Knowledge of SEO principles.

• Basic experience in project management (capable of gathering and clarifying client requirements).

• Familiarity with basic web analytics concepts, terminology and rules.

• Willingness to travel for occasional business trips.

• Salary range: PLN 12000 - 14500 net+VAT for B2B contract or PLN 10000 - 12000 gross for contract of employment.
