About the role

Our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Revolut. Recruiters seek out top talent, match the right people to the right roles, and collaborate across the business to build high-performing, forward-thinking teams. With a sharp eye for potential, they help Revolut grow and scale with intention.

We’re looking for a number of Graduate Technology Recruiters who’ll support the hiring of engineering talent globally.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting hiring for technology roles, with a focus on Software Engineers

• Partnering closely with the business to build and maintain talent pipelines

• Conducting technical screening interviews with candidates

• Coordinating interview processes and supporting candidates throughout their journey

• Ensuring a consistently positive and engaging candidate experience

• Learning and applying modern sourcing and recruitment methods

• Using data and insights to support hiring decisions and improve processes

What you'll need

• Fluency in English

• A degree in STEM, HR, finance, or a related field

• Solid organisational and time management skills

• High attention to detail

• Clear and confident communication skills

• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

• Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• To be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Curiosity to deep dive into technology and interest to grow your career as technical recruiter

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN7,400 - PLN14,100 gross monthly*

• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
