About the role
Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We're looking for a People Partner to support the management and development of our fast growing teams. You'll take our HR strategies to the next level by taking a data-oriented and results-driven approach.

What you'll be doing
Collaborating cross-functionally with teams to address under-performance and raise the talent bar
Providing pragmatic, commercially focused solutions in relation to talent management and business objectives
Supporting an environment of succession and growth
Working closely with teams on strategic aspects of employee satisfaction and development, including succession planning, career paths, and DEI initiatives
Partnering with the wider HR and shared service teams
Developing positive working relationships across the business
What you'll need
A bachelor’s or master’s degree
Solid experience in HR and/or continuous improvement in a people function, ideally in a fast-paced company
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing internal talent
Fluency in English
Nice to have
Experience in a startup and/or the tech industry
Generalist HR experience, including an understanding of the employee life-cycle, benefits, policies, etc.
Fluency in other languages
Compensation range
Poland: PLN8,700 - PLN13,500 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
