FP&A Analyst
Financial Analyst
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst mainly responsible for validating capital expenditure (CAPEX) for new restaurant locations and monitoring post‑opening performance against business case assumptions. The role will also support analysis and control of General & Administrative (G&A) expenses, focusing on non‑salary cost categories.
Responsibilities
review and verify CAPEX assumptions for new restaurant openings, ensuring financial assumptions are accurate, complete, and aligned with internal investment guidelines;
evaluate whether business case assumptions are being met after restaurant opening and prepare post‑opening performance analyses;
monitor, analyze, and forecast non‑salary G&A expenses across the organization;
prepare and analyze monthly P&L, cash flow, and other management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
conduct variance analysis, summarize key findings, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions;
support month‑end close activities from an FP&A perspective;
support the budgeting and monthly forecasting process, including template design and critical review of underlying assumptions;
perform ad hoc financial analysis to address specific business questions.

Required skills and qualifications
at least 2-3 years’ of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, investment evaluation, or a similar role (experience in retail, hospitality, or multi‑unit operations is an advantage);
strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and trends;
proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus;
strong communication skills and the ability to present financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders;
proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to challenge assumptions.
desire to take ownership of the tasks and the ability to prioritize workload to meet critical deadlines;
good level of business English is essential (you will be part of the international team).
