For our client, a global organization developing its Finance Shared Services operations, we are looking for a PTP Team Lead who will be responsible for managing and supervising the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely and accurate execution of processes while driving continuous improvements. This position offers an excellent opportunity to combine operational oversight with leadership and process optimization initiatives in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee the timely and compliant processing of invoices according to KPIs, internal policies, procedures, and control standards
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to support effective collaboration
• Ensure the monthly reporting cycle is completed efficiently and that results are communicated to relevant stakeholders
• Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing overall performance
• Address and resolve escalated operational issues in a timely manner
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to support their professional development
Position requirements:
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and productivity tools such as MS Office
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities, including planning, organizing, and directing team activities
• Solid command of English in both spoken and written form• 5-8 years of professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a shared services environment
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience
