Finance Specialist

We’re looking for a Finance Specialist to join our team in Kraków (hybrid model) and play a key role in shaping financial operations, reporting, and strategic initiatives across SaaS Labs.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Operations – CallPage (Polish entity of SaaS Labs)

• Prepare regular financial reports, analyses, and summaries for CallPage.
• Support accounting, cost control, and month-end closing processes (in coordination with the external accounting firm).
• Monitor budget execution and key financial metrics (KPIs).

Deal Desk & Pricing – SaaS Labs

• Support the sales team in preparing customized pricing proposals for customers.
• Build and maintain pricing tools and models.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and operations teams to ensure a consistent and efficient quoting process.

Project & Strategic Support – SaaS Labs

• Participate in and lead financial projects within the international SaaS Labs group.
• Analyze data and deliver insights to support business decision-making.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve financial and operational processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, data analysis, or international accounting.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving.
• Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, DealHub, or Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is a strong advantage.

• Proactive, independent, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations.
