Growth Hacker / Sales Engineer
At Scalac, we are looking for someone with experience in the IT industry to join us as a Growth Hacker / Sales Engineer and help drive sales and promote AI-powered solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who understands what they are selling and can translate it into real business value for clients. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should feel comfortable in a tech environment.
Responsibilities
-Work closely with the marketing team on growth initiatives
-Build and own lead generation processes (outbound, inbound, partnerships)
- Identify and acquire new leads through proactive outreach and growth strategies
-Present and run AI tools demos for potential clients
-Build, implement, and optimize sales automation processes to increase efficiency
-Attend industry events and conferences (approx. once per quarter) to generate new business opportunities
-Represent the company and actively sell technology solutions
-Experiment with new growth channels and strategies
Requirements
-Excellent English (C1 or higher)
-Experience in the IT industry
-Strong understanding of technology and ability to quickly grasp products
-Hands-on experience with AI tools and ability to demonstrate how you use them
-Experience with sales automation tools (CRM, sequences, outbound campaigns, tools like HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
-Willingness to travel for conferences (approx. once per quarter)
-Ability to collaborate closely with marketing
-Proactive mindset and results-driven approach
Nice to have
Experience in selling IT services or SaaS
-Background in roles such as Sales Engineer / Pre-sales / Growth / Business Development
-Strong presentation and communication skills with technical clients
-Familiarity with the AI and automation landscape
