Job Description

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for end-to-end Employer Branding for Schneider Electric in Poland, while being part of the Central Eastern European Talent Attraction team spread across 5 countries. You will be reporting to the TA Leader of CEE.

  Craft and Execute a Winning Strategy:

  • Innovate: Develop and implement a cutting-edge Employer Brand strategy that aligns with our zone priorities.
  • Attract: Focus on drawing in top talent to meet our hiring needs.
  • Adhere: Ensure all activities are in line with our brand guidelines.

  Amplify Our Brand 

  • Influence: Oversee our social media presence and employment sites to attract talent.
  • Manage: Plan and execute both in-person and virtual branding events.
  • Promote: Identify prestigious awards and innovative channels to elevate our brand's visibility and reputation.
  • Advocate: Be the face of Schneider Electric on social media and at events, embodying our values and mission.
  • Coordinate: Manage various talent events, from campus visits and job fairs to industry conferences.
  • Take ownership: Strengthen our internal program #SEGreatPeople.

  Collaborate and Influence 

  • Consult: Work with business stakeholders to align strategies.
  • Report: Provide actionable insights and propose improvements.
  • Network: Build relationships with universities, communities, and talent groups.
  • Manage: Lead project teams and service providers.
  • Drive: Foster strong internal networks to push our talent brand forward.

  Stay Ahead of the Curve 

  • Analyze: Conduct market and competitor analysis to keep our brand competitive.
  • Participate: Engage in broader Talent Attraction and HR initiatives.
  • Innovate: Promote a culture of creativity, innovation, and compelling communication.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in employer branding, event management, or public relations in an international setting.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven with the ability to tell compelling stories through data.
  • Creativity: Strong influence skills and a knack for creating engaging branding materials.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent at building and maintaining relationships; resilient, agile, and collaborative.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft applications and adaptable to new technologies.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with strong negotiation skills.
  • Trendsetter: Always on the lookout for the latest in branding, marketing, and communication.
