3PL Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Manager to join our team in Poland. As 3PL Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for overseeing third-party warehouse operations, ensuring high performance, strong customer experience, and efficient delivery. This role combines strategic planning and daily operations management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage performance, quality, cost, and capacity of 3PL partners

• Monitor KPIs and SLAs related to delivery, customer experience, and operations

• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth execution during peak periods (e.g. sales events)

• Develop and implement operational strategies

• Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives

• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers

• Ensure high standards in safety, quality, and operational excellence

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing projects and delivering measurable results

• Ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure

Preferred Competencies:

• Experience with 3PL management

• Experience in scaling operations or launching new processes

• Comfortable working in dynamic, changing environments
