We are expanding our cooperation with a global client from the Retail Industry and are looking for a motivated, energetic, and curious future IT Sales Manager.
This position is designed for someone who wants to build a solid career in B2B / enterprise sales, even if their previous sales experience is limited.
What matters most to us is your mindset, communication skills, and excellent English. Everything else – we will teach you.
Your tasks
Supporting the development of cooperation with an existing enterprise client
Gradually building relationships with new stakeholders within a global organization
Participating in and later leading business meetings
Learning how to understand client needs and business challenges
Preparing presentations and offers together with senior team members
Cooperating closely with technical and delivery teams
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales (IT or professional services is a plus, not a must)
Feel comfortable approaching new people and opening conversations
Communicate confidently and professionally in English (C1 level in a business environment)
Quickly understand who you are talking to and adjust your message accordingly
Enjoy preparing sharp, convincing presentations
Proactive, courageous, and not afraid to establish contacts in complex organizations
Fluent in Polish and residing in Poland is required
Working from the office at least 3 times per week
