We're looking for a Junior Sourcer with hands-on sourcing experience who genuinely enjoys the hunt but also wants to grow into an end-to-end recruiter role while keeping sourcing close to heart.
This is a hybrid role based in Kraków – 2-3 days from the office per week.
What You Will Bring to the Team
Must have:
Up to 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruiting: you've already gotten your feet wet and know the basics of finding great talent.
You thrive on sourcing, because let's face it – dream candidates rarely just drop their CV. You know where to look, how to reach out, and how to spark interest even when someone wasn't planning to move.
Hands-on knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools: Boolean search, X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other creative channels to find hidden gems.
A drive to grow into an end-to-end recruiter – you want to own the full hiring journey, from first outreach to signed offer.
AI & automation curiosity – you don't just follow the hype, you've already implemented AI tools into your daily workflow to streamline sourcing, outreach, or candidate management. You enjoy experimenting with tech that makes hiring smarter (and smoother).
Polish and English at C1 level: because international hiring opportunities are on.
Nice to have:
Experience working in a product company (SaaS/Tech preferred) – you understand the pace and culture of building something from the ground up.
Hands-on experience running end-to-end recruitment processes: from intake meetings to offer negotiations.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, ideally Ashby – you know how to keep pipelines clean and data-driven.

Your Mission
Source, Connect, and Help Build the Team Behind Europe's Leading PropTech Platform
As a Junior IT Sourcer / Recruiter, you'll be the engine behind our talent pipeline, sourcing candidates across all functions: Product, Tech, Sales, and Operations. Your primary focus will be finding and engaging passive talent that others can't reach, while gradually taking on more ownership of the full recruitment cycle.
You'll support and co-run recruitment processes end-to-end: from crafting outreach messages that get replies, to screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping close offers. Over time, you'll grow into a full end-to-end recruiter, owning your own requisitions while keeping sourcing as your superpower.
Boost Employer Brand: you will partner with leadership and marketing to position SINGU as the go-to employer in SaaS PropTech.
Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you'll be part of a collaborative P&C team that values initiative, experimentation, and continuous learning.
