We are looking for an energetic, fast-learning, and highly motivated Talent Acquisition & EB Specialist to join our dynamic and expanding international Warsaw team!

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, and talent acquisition (2-3 years) and in Employer Branding (1+ years).

• Experience in IT Outsourcing / Recruitment business.

• Experience in ATS systems and recruitment tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creativity and the ability to develop engaging campaigns and content.

• Data-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Fluent in Polish and English.

  
  

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Create and manage end-to-end internal recruitment processes for various roles across departments.

• Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.

• Source and attract candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

• Utilize data and recruitment metrics to enhance hiring strategies and reduce time-to-hire.

Employer Branding:

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.

• Create engaging content for social media, career pages, and job platforms to highlight the company culture, values, and career opportunities.

• Organize and participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to showcase employee success stories and initiatives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices.

• Contribute to HR and organizational projects aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
