🧩 We’re Hiring: SAP ME Support Specialist (100% Remote)

Are you experienced in supporting SAP ME systems and passionate about keeping manufacturing operations running smoothly?Join our team as an SAP ME Support Specialist and play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our production systems.

🌍 Position Details

• Location: 100% remote

• Language: German – minimum B1 level required

• Project focus: SAP system support and maintenance (not implementation)

🎯 Your Responsibilities

As part of our support team, you will:

• Provide hands-on support and configuration for the SAP ME system.→ Maintain and troubleshoot production models, PODs, and routing logic.

• Support shop floor operations by resolving MES-related issues and ensuring smooth integration with SAP ERP.

• Monitor and manage SAP ME data flows and interfaces with external systems (e.g., SAP ERP, PLCs).

• Analyze production execution data and KPIs to assist in reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with IT and production teams to address service challenges and contribute to system enhancements.

🧠 What You Bring

• Proven experience in SAP ME support and configuration.

• Understanding of MES operations and manufacturing execution processes.

• Knowledge of SAP ME–ERP integration and data flow architecture.

• Ability to work with manufacturing data and KPIs for analysis and reporting.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills – comfortable working across technical and production environments.

• German language proficiency at B1 or higher.
