Are you an SAP PM expert with a passion for optimizing maintenance processes and ensuring operational excellence?Join our team as an SAP PM Consultant and help support, maintain, and enhance our client’s SAP environment — all while working fully remotely!

🌍 Position Details

• Location: 100% remote

• Language: German – minimum B1 level required

• Project focus: SAP system support and maintenance (not implementation)

🎯 Your Responsibilities

As a key member of the SAP support team, you will:

• Manage and optimize SAP PM master data, including equipment, functional locations, and maintenance plans.

• Support end users in daily service and maintenance activities — handling notifications, work orders, and troubleshooting system issues.

• Analyze SAP PM workflows and propose process or configuration improvements to increase efficiency.

• Work with maintenance KPIs and reporting tools to monitor service performance, equipment downtime, and maintenance effectiveness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users and IT experts, to resolve service issues and drive system enhancements.

🧠 What You Bring

• Solid experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) support and maintenance.

• Strong understanding of master data (equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans).

• Hands-on experience with maintenance notifications and work orders.

• Ability to analyze PM workflows and suggest improvements.

• Familiarity with maintenance reporting and KPI monitoring.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• German language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
