🌍 Position Details

• Location: 100% remote

• Language: German – minimum B1 level required

• Project focus: SAP system support and maintenance (not implementation)

🎯 Your Responsibilities

As part of the SAP support team, you will:

• Provide hands-on support for SAP PP master data and transactional processes, including materials, BOMs, routings, and work centers.

• Support production order management and scheduling — assist users with order creation, release, confirmation, and capacity planning.

• Analyze and improve existing PP workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending system or process enhancements.

• Work with production-related reporting and KPIs, generating or adapting reports on performance, order status, and resource utilization.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — manufacturing, logistics, and IT — to resolve service-related issues and drive continuous improvement.

🧠 What You Bring

• Strong experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) in support and maintenance environments.

• Deep understanding of master data management (materials, BOMs, routings, work centers).

• Knowledge of production order processes, scheduling, and capacity planning.

• Experience analyzing PP workflows and suggesting optimization opportunities.

• Familiarity with production performance reports and KPIs.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• German language proficiency at B1 level or higher.
