We are currently looking for candidates for the role
Analysis and Public Procurement Specialist
Your tasks:
• Analyze spare parts tender documentation, including technical and administrative requirements.
• Research and validate part numbers, specifications, and pricing using internal systems and supplier data.
• Prepare competitive offer proposals, including Special Price Offers, with pricing, margin evaluation, and competitor analysis.
• Identify critical tender conditions such as warranty terms, penalties, and delivery requirements.
• Cooperate with the Solaris Service department and other internal teams to ensure consistent technical and commercial information.
• Manage and process spare parts requests for bus tenders (nPo system).
• Support Risk Committee discussions and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) calculations with technical and pricing inputs.
• Provide reports, analyses, and KPI tracking related to tender participation, win rate, accuracy, and margin performance.
Our expectations:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in spare parts procurement, public tenders, aftersales, or industrial components (preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in Excel.
• Understanding of public procurement rules and tender submission processes, including Polish regulations.
• Ability to interpret technical descriptions and classify parts correctly.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for pricing, margin calculations, and LCC analyses.
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict tender deadlines, and apply a problem‑solving, adaptable mindset.
