Parts Business Analyst

Parts Business Analyst

Your tasks:

•        Analyze sales data in terms of turnover and profitability

•        Contribute to define standard reports to monitor and track parts business

•        Collaborate with local market organizations to define local standard reports to properly monitor performance of the sales activities

•        Collaborate with internal functions to collect all necessary information to build report and structure them according to company guidelines

•        Support to identify trends and opportunities in the parts business

•        Maintain and update information about ongoing activities through notes/tracking tools/CRM

•        Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor main KPIs

•        Collaborate to identify underperforming areas

Our expectations:

•        Proven experience in data analysis and data visualization

•        Experience in sales support activities

•        Ability to synthesize information

•        Strong organizational and project management skills.

•        Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

•        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerBI

•        Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
