Company Description

Our Product Department is specifically focused on developing innovative work and test management apps for Jira and monday.com. Requirements

  • Excellent command of the English language (C1/C2) and Polish (C1/C2 or native).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 4+ years of proven experience working directly with business customers.
  • Previous experience of working with IT companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to represent a company at events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Expertise in the language of benefits and objection handling.
  • Solid knowledge of marketing principles, sales tactics, and networking techniques.
  • Availability to travel within the country and abroad (once every two months on average).


Nice to have

  • Experience working with Jira products.
  • Familiarity with the Scrum framework or other project management methodologies.


Responsibilities

This is an independent role, where you prioritize and pick the actions that you believe will yield the best outcome. Therefore, the list is not exhaustive, but it will give you an idea of what competencies and skills we are looking for.

  • Atlassian Partner Cooperation and Partner Care:
  • Hosting introductory calls to familiarize Partners with our apps and solutions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships to grow trust and gain valuable insights into client needs.
  • Enabling Partner success through personalized support and communication, escalating Partner issues and challenges, responding to queries, and more.
  • Advocating for the Partner – ensuring their feedback is heard and actioned on.


  • Event Representation:
  • Attending conferences, networking events, and meetings to actively promote our company and solutions.
  • Delivering compelling elevator pitches to engage cold leads at a moment’s notice.


  • Innovative Outreach:
  • Researching and implementing new methods to engage Atlassian Partners.
  • Promoting our products and sharing content to maximize visibility and partnership value.


  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Drawing actionable conclusions from networking efforts, events, and sales strategies.
  • Identifying new objectives and improvements to strengthen Partner relationships and optimize sales outcomes.


  • Marketing Initiatives:
  • Handling proposals such as conference sponsorships, Partner-organized webinars, and joint marketing campaigns.
  • Organizing and collaborating on joint marketing campaigns with Partners on LinkedIn or other social media platforms.
