Staffing Team
The primary responsibility of the Staffing Team is to strategically assign professionals to projects that best align with their skills and expertise. We ensure a seamless match between client needs, project goals, and employee preferences.
We’re a group of 10, working closely with project management and the board. We take pride in our teamwork, ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve the company’s goals.
About the role. You will have the opportunity to:
Be a part of the team that supports E2E project delivery
Collaborate closely with other internal teams: Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, and with project managers
Ensure proper quality of data about our sales opportunities, employees and projects
Maintain and oversee sales and project documentation
Define, optimise and automate internal processes
Manage organisational changes
Deliver reports and presentations for the Management Board
Provide support for company’s IT systems users
Cooperate with the Internal Systems team to define and test new features
About the requirements. You need to:
A degree in Project Management, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in PMO or b2b sales administration in an international organisation
Full professional proficiency in English and Polish
Familiarity with IT terminology and software development process
Analytical skills
Top-notch computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
Ability to communicate effectively, organise your own work and manage priorities in a dynamic work environment
We appreciate if additionally you:
Know portfolio management systems or MS PowerBI
