Staffing Team
The primary responsibility of the Staffing Team is to strategically assign professionals to projects that best align with their skills and expertise. We ensure a seamless match between client needs, project goals, and employee preferences.We’re a group of 10, working closely with project management and the board. We take pride in our teamwork, ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve the company’s goals.
About the role. You will have the opportunity to:
Be a part of the team that supports E2E project delivery
Plan the assignment of professionals across projects and tasks
Monitor and optimize the level of utilization in the organization
Support the analysis of the employees’ satisfaction level and assure a low attrition rate
Be a part of regular meetings with projects’ leadership and team members
Coordinate the flow of information between sales and recruitment processes
Ensure the proper quality of data about employees for effective task management and project staffing
Cooperate with the Internal Systems team to introduce improvements in the company’s IT systems
About the requirements. You need to:
Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field
Have at least 2 years of experience in Staffing/PMO or similar areas
Have top-notch computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
Know English and Polish very well
Be a communicative and analytical person with an eye for detail
Be able to organize your own work
We appreciate if additionally you:
Like to work with data and know tools like PowerBI
Are familiar with IT terminology
