Requirements:
- 1+ year of relevant experience in IT companies or companies providing lead generation services
- Upper-intermediate level in both English & German languages
- Experience with LinkedIn and/or Upwork platforms
- Ability to analyze and compile ICP
- Writing scripts for the reach-out
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding the principles of sales
Responsibilities:
- Generation of potential leads through LinkedIn and other platforms and tools
- Communication (written) with cold leads and turning them into warm ones
- Import of lead data into the CRM system
- Close cooperation with the sales and marketing departments
- Launching outgoing campaigns to attract potential leads
- Testing new tools and approaches in lead generation
