We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (Polish and English speaking)  to join our team! 



Responsibilities: 

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach
  • Ensure follow-ups and assist in closing deals by maintaining consistent communication
  • Build and maintain an accurate database of potential and current clients
  • Set appointments and provide qualified leads for the sales team
  • Track progress toward meeting sales goals and provide regular updates to management
  • Stay organized and ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
  • Utilize CRM tools to log activities and maintain lead data



Requirements

  • Experience in Sales/Business Development roles - this requirement is a must
  • Advanced proficiency in Polish and English - this requirement is a must
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a team
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques and eagerness to learn
  • A desire for personal growth and professional development
