E-COMMERCE/MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST (Warsaw)


Currently for one of our top Clients, a Scandinavian company operating within health & beauty industry, we are seeking an eCommerce/Marketing Automation Specialist to manage the growth of a newly established premium brand within eCommerce channel. 

Job description:

Under the direct supervision of E-Business Director, this role will focus on supporting continuous growth as well as strengthening the online and e-commerce operations in order to meet the business expectations and demands. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Active participation of implementing an eCommerce strategy for premium products - subscription model
  • Setting targets, executing, monitoring and optimizing complete online campaigns for eCommerce with responsibility for sales KPI’s and budgets
  • Operational management and implementation of  marketing automation (Klaviyo, SALESmanago or other platforms), with top priority for e-mail marketing
  • Using SEO background to support this channel and improve general eCommerce performance
  • Understanding the role of e-marketing tools needed for delivery of brilliant Customer Journey, executing the ones that maximize conversion to sales based on the defined marketing objective
  • Operational management of e-shop, optimization of processes, testing and development of websites, landing pages, content etc. 
  • Performing A/B tests and analyzing results for UX, design, customer journey, and campaign efficiency
  • Developing e-sale platform with latest innovations and improvements
  • Coordinating all activities around the e-shop including close cooperation with other team members
  • Supporting in development and management of affiliate partners 
  • Sharing knowledge and learnings based on performed activities, presenting reports and conclusions for further practical implementation and developments 


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years of eCommerce experience (preferred from B2C beauty/dietary supplements industry; working within international structures is a plus) 
  • High practical skills in marketing automation (Klaviyo or SALESmanago), with top priority for e-mail marketing
  • Have proven track and practical skills using WooCommerce and/or Presta Shop
  • Excellent command of English – B2/C1 – MUST HAVE
  • MA degree in Marketing related field (ideally with specialization in Digital Marketing)
  • Very good understanding of web technologies and strong analytical skills 
  • Knowledge of multi-channel campaign management with a sales-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and FB Ads
  • Basic HTML and web design skills & knowledge 
  • Be resourceful and excellent at execution and task management
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills (collaborative approach)
  • Creative mind with a test-and-learn mentality
  • Being passionate, energetic and enthusiastic about digital marketing and online customer journey
  • Openness to learn new technologies and tools
  • Experience in a media agency and on client side will be a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and operate under tight deadlines
  • Be goal-orientedindependent, highly driven, and agile
