Business/Finance Analyst

About the role:

A consumer driven company based in the Real Estate Sector is currently seeking a candidate for newly created position of Business/Finance Analyst.

The candidate will work independently as well as part of a team and will be responsible for support of financial control and administration and reporting aspects for group of entities.

It is the ideal role for a candidate with up to 3 years of experience who is looking to progress their career to the next level and provides the opportunity to grow and advance within the company.

Key Responsibilities

·        Support for the supervision of the circulation of documents in the group,

·        Support in budgeting and forecasting,

·        Participation in the process of monthly reporting closing,

·        Preparation of ad hoc analysis in accordance with the requirements of the CFO or the Parent Company,

·        Cooperation with the Group's auditors,

·        Support for cash management processes,

·        Support reporting to financing banks,

·        Assistance in the preparation of new templates and the possibility of improving support tools.

Required Skills

·        Financial reporting background,

·        Practical knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point. Power BI/BI tools would be a plus,

·        Very good command of Polish and English,

·        Good attention to detail,

·        The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, reliable,

·        Ability to work independently and with colleagues in different areas of the business as well as part of finance team,

·        Real estate experience will be a plus,
