Content Marketing Specialist

About your team

You’ll join the Marketing Team — a crew of Product Marketers, an SEO & Blog Manager, an Influencer & Affiliate Manager, a Growth Marketer and Designers who keep our creative standards sharp and scalable. We work also hand-in-hand with data scientists and product managers to ship content that positions Surfer as the leader in search-powered growth.We’re a hands-on group. We ship fast, experiment often, and care deeply about making data accessible, actionable, and exciting.

We’re a remote-first company, but if you ever crave some in-person energy, we’ve got a cozy office in Wrocław where the magic happens (and coffee never runs out ☕).

You will be responsible for:

• Creating mid- to high-intent content — articles, data-driven narratives, social posts, and scripts for educational videos aimed at targeting middle and bottom of the funnel.

• Leading end-to-end data studies — from hypothesis and exploration with data scientists to turning insights into clear stories and visuals.

• Launching full content campaigns — coordinating graphics, publishing across channels, and maximizing reach and impact.

• Turning product knowledge into helpful and practical content — workflows, how-to guides, and educational pieces that help users get more out of Surfer.

• Improving readability and clarity of data visuals together with design.

• Boosting Surfer’s presence in AI search by publishing high-intent, high-utility articles

• Owning the case studies pipeline — from prioritization, through gathering inputs, to release and experimentation with formats/channels.

• Using tools like: Webflow, Figma/Canva, Surfer, Ahrefs, Gemini/ChatGPT.

You may be a good fit for this role if you:

• Have experience creating specialized, research-driven, or data-informed content.

• Can turn complex findings into clear, engaging stories with strong structure.

• Enjoy working closely with data and product teams, asking smart questions, and spotting opportunities for insights.

• Are comfortable coordinating cross-functional projects and moving them to completion.

• Understand SEO conceptually and know how search intent influences content.

• Care about clarity, accuracy, and usefulness more than word count.

• Bonus points: you have impeccable English accent and feel comfortable recording simple video content or would like to grow in this area.
