About your team

You'll join the Marketing Team — a crew of a Chief Marketing Officer, Product Marketing Lead, SEO & Blog Manager, Video Lead, Influencer, Events & Affiliate Manager, and Designers who keep our creative standards sharp and scalable.

You'll work directly with Product Marketing Lead, taking full ownership of the areas that need a dedicated driver — and executing fast, without waiting to be told twice. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer success, and focuses on translating complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling content that resonates with marketers worldwide.

We’re a remote-first company, but if you ever crave some in-person energy, we’ve got a cozy office in Wrocław where the magic happens (and coffee never runs out ☕).

You will be responsible for

  • Owning the case study process end-to-end — from finding candidates and coordinating interviews, through writing and production, to publishing and promotion. See an example of what we publish.

  • Managing the operational side of product updates: writing scripts and social posts, updating landing pages and Knowledge Base articles, and coordinating with design around each release cycle.

  • Supporting the Customer Success team with sales enablement materials needed to effectively position Surfer.

  • Coordinating data study production: prioritizing topics with the data team, briefing and overseeing outsourced writers, and managing design assets and post-release promotion. No prior experience in data studies required — the key skill is translating technical information into clear, benefit-focused language. Curious what our data studies look like? Here's a recent one.

  • Researching the competitive landscape and turning insights into written assets — comparison articles, vs. pages, and video scripts that clearly communicate Surfer's position in the market.

You may be a good fit for this role if you

  • Have at least 3 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS — covering a wide range of responsibilities.

  • Have experience working in a company where marketing plays a key role in driving growth and serves a global customer base.

  • Communicate excellent English at a fluent to native level, with the ability to turn dense technical copy into clear, benefit-driven language.

  • Have worked in a startup or scale-up and understand what it means when priorities shift mid-week.

  • Are highly execution-oriented but can still think strategically — you follow direction well but don't need your hand held.

  • Have hands-on experience collaborating with product, engineering, and sales or CS teams.

  • Actively use AI tools as a default part of your workflow — not just for speed, but to raise the quality of research, writing, and strategic thinking.

  • Are comfortable owning entire content and/or product release areas end-to-end, not just contributing to shared projects.

What we offer

  • Monthly Salary: 12 000 - 15 000 PLN + VAT on B2B contract
