We’re looking for a self-driven, curious, and energetic SDR to join our team and help us grow our pipeline with high-quality leads. You’ll be the first point of contact for many future customers — the one who opens the door and sets the tone.
This role is perfect if you love research, smart outreach, and starting conversations that actually matter. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and product to spot opportunities and guide prospects into our world.
What you’ll do:
Research and identify potential customers who’d benefit from Surfer
Reach out through cold emails, LinkedIn, and other creative channels
Qualify leads and hand off the good ones to the Sales team
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
Keep our CRM tidy and full of life
Experiment, test, and improve outreach strategies.
You’ll do great in this role if:
You have first experience in lead generation, sales, or outreach (bonus if in SaaS or tech)
You’re fluent in English (spoken and written)
You’re not afraid to reach out first and get the conversation going
You love the hunt — researching, digging, and finding the right people
