Digital Marketing Specialist (m/k)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of SMS and push notification campaigns. This role involves collaborating with campaign management and analytics teams to deliver targeted messaging, manage campaign workflows, analyze performance metrics, and drive engagement through mobile communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute push notification campaigns, including in-app push messaging.
Collaborate with campaign management teams to ensure seamless execution of daily push notifications, segmentation lists, production files, and A/B testing schedules.
Assist in planning and managing application content as well as SMS and push communication calendars.
Support the delivery of key messaging through push notifications and in-app communications.
Prepare and contribute to weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports across site activity, SMS campaigns, and push notifications.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and support revenue growth initiatives.
Partner with campaign managers and data analytics teams to develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies.
Identify and resolve operational issues proactively to maintain workflow timelines and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in digital marketing, email marketing, SMS, or push messaging campaigns.
Basic knowledge of push notification technologies and messaging strategies.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms.
Experience with push messaging platforms or marketing automation tools is advantageous.
Experience working with Adobe Campaign or similar marketing automation tools is preferred.
Basic exposure to customer data or marketing technology platforms such as Insider, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), or similar tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, platforms, and technologies.
