Recruiter – Technology & Delivery Consulting (Europe Focus)
About the Role:We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to support our expanding Technology and Delivery Consulting practice across Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting top talent for both technical and functional roles across data, CRM, and delivery domains.You will work closely with our internal teams and clients to hire for positions such as:
Data Engineer / Data Architect
Salesforce Administrator / Developer / Architect / CPQ Specialist
Technical Lead
Business Analyst (BA)
Delivery Manager (DM)
Solution Architect
Business & IT Consultants
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across European markets – from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, talent databases, and direct outreach.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and project leaders to understand hiring needs, project scopes, and candidate profiles.
Candidate Engagement: Provide a professional, transparent, and responsive experience throughout the hiring process.
Market Insight: Monitor market trends, talent movements, and technology developments to inform sourcing strategy and advise stakeholders.
Qualifications:
4–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in technology consulting or enterprise delivery environments across Europe.
Proven success in hiring for technical roles, including data (engineers/architects), Salesforce ecosystem (admin, dev, architect, CPQ), and project delivery functions.
Strong knowledge of enterprise technologies, cloud platforms, and consulting delivery models.
Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones within Europe.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence and build trust with candidates and hiring teams.
Proficiency with modern ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and reporting dashboards.
Experience recruiting within or for leading consultancies (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, Cognizant) is a plus.
