Your tasks:
Investigate cases, communicate with customers via email or phone, and help prevent fraud.
Translate messages between German and English and follow all rules and policies related to card services.
Write down case details carefully, take part in checks and audits, and make sure all actions follow the rules.
Cooperate with other teams (like Sales, Finance, or Compliance) and outside partners to ensure smooth operations.
Helping team members with tasks, suggest ideas to improve processes, and supporting training activities.
