Location: Poznan OR Warsaw


What challenges await you?​

  • Conducting designated recruitment and selection processes for Customer Support roles​
  • Acquiring candidates from various sources​
  • Leading Assessment Center sessions​
  • Co-creation and implementation of internal and external employer branding tasks, for example representing TP at job fairs and other events​
  • Taking care of the full cycle hiring process ​
  • Cooperation with recruitment agencies and universities​
  • Practical use of knowledge of labour law in the employment process, including knowledge on the employment of foreigners​
  • Maintaining candidate database, processing candidate data and ensuring the confidentiality​


What do we expect?​

  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience​
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum level. B2​
  • Fluent Polish
  • Desired: Higher education in human resources management, psychology​
  • Knowledge of recruitment techniques​
  • Analytical thinking skills​
  • Team orientation & reliability​
  • Basic knowledge of labour law​
