Salary: 11.000 PLN - 14.000 PLN gross (Contract of employment) OR 14.000 PLN - 17.000 PLN B2B

Are you passionate about digital marketing and building meaningful relationships? We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven individual to join our Marketing team and support the growth of Tidio’s presence in online communities, partnerships, and influencer marketing within the eCommerce space. In this role, you’ll tackle the challenge of mastering effective marketing methods and growth hacks that build scalable marketing processes for an AI brand.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage in discussions across online communities (Reddit, Facebook groups, forums, etc.) and promote Tidio in an authentic, natural way.
  • Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and partners to drive brand awareness and collaboration opportunities.
  • Work closely with YouTubers, affiliates, and thought leaders to boost Tidio’s reputation in the eCommerce industry.
  • Monitor industry trends and find new opportunities for brand visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize growth marketing strategies.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in community management, growth marketing, PR or digital partnership - we are looking for a track record and proven experience in at least one of these channels.
  • Strong understanding of online communities (Reddit, Quora, Facebook groups, Discord, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and improve marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving projects forward.
  • Advanced level of English - B2/C1.
