We’re looking for a People & Culture Operations Specialist who will take ownership of our employee experience across offices, benefits, and culture initiatives. You’ll balance day-to-day operations with bringing in fresh ideas that scale with our growth. If you thrive in a fast-moving startup environment and enjoy turning feedback into action, this role is for you. We’re proud that our average engagement score for this year is 8.4/10 — but we’re aiming even higher, and we want you to help us get there.

By joining Tidio as a P&C Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for 3 areas:

Community & Belonging

  • Make sure every new joiner feels welcome through smooth onboarding, a strong buddy program, and all information in place,

  • Bring people together by planning and organizing engaging company events (including our legendary Tidio Camp 🚀),

  • Manage company travel through TravelPerk and coordinate logistics for team integrations and offsites,

  • Gather feedback from Tidioers to keep improving how we communicate, connect and celebrate together.

Benefits & Rewards

  • Help Tidioers get the most out of our benefits by managing enrollments and answering day-to-day questions,

  • Spot ways to improve our perks and propose changes that balance quality, cost, and usage,

  • Coordinate reward initiatives like holiday gifts or Tidio Camp packages that make people feel appreciated,

  • Manage budgets, handle invoices and payments, and ensure smooth collaboration with the Finance team.

Office Experience

  • Take care of the office life (in Szczecin and Warsaw) full time: supplies, delivery, office equipment etc.,

  • Manage coworking spaces (Regus) and ensure they run smoothly as part of our overall workplace experience,

  • Partner with providers and vendors to make sure services run smoothly and bring value.

You are the perfect fit if you:

  • Have at least 1+ years of experience in administrative tasks, office operations, or people programs,

  • Successfully organized events or supported company-wide initiatives that brought people together,

  • Are naturally communicative, people-oriented, and adapt quickly to change,

  • Take ownership of your work and follow through with accountability,

  • Want to grow into contributing to strategic HR programs and company-wide initiatives,

  • Communicate fluently in English (C1 level).

You will earn extra points for:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end event organization,

  • Strong writing skills (clear, engaging communication in English, e.g., for event comms, policies, or benefits updates).

We would like to offer you:

  • Work with a team that continually shares knowledge and is not afraid of testing new solutions,

  • Great development opportunities – company-supported courses and conferences,

  • Stationary work in our Szczecin office and a hybrid model after the probation period,

  • 26 days off guaranteed in a year,

  • Individual work tools – MacBook Pro / any laptop with Windows, Dell screen, JBL headphones, and more - you can tailor your equipment to your needs,

  • MyBenefit Cafeteria (including Multisport card option) – no extra charge,

  • Premium medical care – no extra charge,

  • Mental well-being program – individual therapy sessions and resources for employees,

  • Regular integration events (company-wide twice a year) and team events,

  • Discounts on Apple products,

  • Budget for individual English language classes.

What happens when you send your CV?

  • Two video calls: one with a recruiter, and one with the Hiring Manager.

  • A recruitment assignment.

  • Final interview.

  • Offer and fireworks 🎉
