A few words about Tonik
We’re a well-knit design studio focused on Product Design. We mostly focus on early-stage digital products, working with some of the coolest accelerators from around the globe, often directly with the founders themselves. All that, from our oh-so-cool office in Poznań (Jeżyce, to be exact). What’s not to love?

We’d love to meet you if you have:
- excellent grasp of spoken and written English (B2/C1);

great communication skills and a positive attitude allowing you to nurture relationships with your teammates and clients, gather and share feedback and if necessary support the team communication-wise

min. 1 year of experience as a Digital Project Manager managing different IT projects simultaneously (product design field would be ideal)

ability to manage team’s and client’s expectations while dealing with timelines and deadlines
-
ability to juggle many different contexts and projects simultaneously
-
self-reliance and an ability to organize and prioritize your work with efficiency in mind and an ability to support others in such areas

ability to manage resources and staying agile while doing so

availability to schedule a call with a client in a different time zone (think two-three times a week, morning hours in NY or SF)

a lot of drive and ambition - we aim for the absolute crème de la crème
Here’s what would help too:
- experience in managing product design projects
- true interest in and knowledge of UI/UX principles and development trends
- interest or experience in sales of IT products
- knowledge about capabilities and limitations determined by most common front-end frameworks for both web and mobile
- being up to date with trends and new concepts in digital design.
