What you will do:
- Cultivate trust-based, long-term client relationships by demonstrating value, professionalism, and understanding of their unique business challenges.
- Take full ownership of contractual obligations related to assigned clients, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
- Manage contract renewals and amendments, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities within the existing client portfolio, mainly with large-scale organizations.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with domain experts to advise client executives on their challenges and uncover potential business opportunities.
- Develop tailored proposals and lead negotiations to secure profitable, long-term partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Experience and skills we’re looking for:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in IT software sales or a consulting role, with a proven track record of building and managing relationships with C-level executives, management teams, and key stakeholders across various business units.
- Outstanding communication skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
- Assertiveness: Confidently drive conversations with decision-makers and influence outcomes.
- Strategic focus: Strong ability to identify opportunities, establish relationships, and navigate extended sales cycles within large corporations.
- Independence and initiative: Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal direction.
- Tech-awareness: Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, emerging technologies and passion for the latest developments in the field of AI.
- Collaboration mindset: Works well with other departments (allocation, engineering, ops) to address client’s challenges and needs, as well as ensure business viability of provided solutions
- Willingness to travel to client locations to foster strong relationships and identify business opportunities
- Excellent command of written and spoken Polish and English
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in working with AI software development services
- An already established network within an industry like e-commerce, healthcare, or other would be a plus
- Working across diverse business cultures and understanding how to navigate different communication and decision-making styles
