As our Talent Sourcing Partner - EMEA, you'll play a pivotal role in building robust talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles, with a special focus on diverse language capabilities 🗣️ and niche profiles. You'll be a strategic advisor, working hand-in-hand with our recruiters and hiring managers to map market landscapes and ensure a proactive approach to talent acquisition. 🚀


We’re looking for more than just sourcing experience — we want someone with a strong drive for success, creative flair, and a strategic mindset to hunt down top multilingual talent in competitive markets.

This is not your typical sourcing role. You’ll be at the frontline of our talent strategy, using your creativity and insight to reach language speakers where others don’t even think to look.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and language-specific roles. 💡

  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates through diverse channels (LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, social platforms, events). 🌐

  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs. 📈

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities. 🤝

  • Utilize market intelligence to advise on sourcing feasibility and competitive landscapes. 📊

  • Drive innovative sourcing initiatives, including advanced Boolean searches and talent mapping. 🗺️

  • Ensure accurate documentation of sourcing activities and candidate interactions within our ATS/CRM. 📝

  • Support employer branding by promoting the company's EVP and unique culture. ⭐

  • Monitor sourcing metrics and stay current on industry trends and best practices.


What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a sourcing or headhunting role within an in-house TA team or agency, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.🤝

  • Experience in high-volume and/or multilingual sourcing environments is a strong advantage. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, and various sourcing extensions/tools.

  • Expertise in Boolean search and advanced online sourcing techniques.🤔

  • Languages: Fluent English (C1 level). Knowledge of other languages (especially European) is a plus.✨
