Senior Influencer Marketing Executive
Job description
We’re seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive with attention to detail and creativity to join our Studio Team, on a full time contract, based in our Warsaw office.
The successful candidate will join a team that is responsible for developing and executing influencer and creator strategies that ultimately drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strong understanding of influencer marketing and the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. This role will take the lead and own our German influencer output whilst supporting, overseeing, working on and managing an Exec role on UK campaigns. The right person will love building relationships and collaboratively making great content for the DE and UK markets. This role covers the whole influencer spectrum from discovery to outreach and management in one of the most exciting industries.
The Team
Reporting into the Senior Content Manager, this role sits in the Studio team that drives forward the creative effectiveness of our brand across the UK and Germany. Working closely with our Brand team, you’ll join a fun, diverse, fast paced, creative and welcoming team. This role is based in Poland and requires you to be in our Warsaw office three days a week, interacting with your Studio colleagues, but will also need you to be regularly interacting with line manager and colleagues in London.
The role and things you’ll be working on:
Influencer Strategy and Campaigns
Drive forward the set German and UK strategy, bringing nuance to it and evolving how we deliver creator content for advertising as well as traditional influencer marketing.
Deliver our creator briefs and drive forward our advertising content as well as building out influencer campaigns driving revenue.
Identify, recruit, and build relationships with influencers, content creators and UGC creators.
Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including travel & trip planning and collaborations.
Build content briefs for influencer campaigns.
Influencer Relationship Management
Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with influencers.
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers & talent managers.
Ensure influencer content aligns with campaign objectives.
Research and seek influencer partnerships.
Monitor and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns & track key metrics
Coordination & communication
Coordinate with the social team on delivery of influencer content across social media platforms.
Coordinate with the Finance team on invoicing, contracting and payments.
Coordinate with any wider marketing team & objectives as needed.
Communicate campaign updates and results to internal stakeholders.
Management and reporting
Line manager an Influencer Exec with 1-2 years of experience, working hand in hand to deliver on the briefs from the business.
Reporting monthly on the success of both the creator campaigns and influencer pieces.
You will bring:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing.
Experience in managing relationships with influencers and content creators.
Strong understanding of influencer marketing and UGC trends and best practices.
Strong communication, organisational and reporting skills.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
Empathy and a natural connection with people.
Passion and knowledge of German culture and communications.
Connected with German influencer and creator culture.
