🟣 Who You Are:

• You have 3+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing (preferably agency-side).

• You are available full-time (9–5 / 8–4 / 10–6).

• You communicate fluently in English (spoken + written).

• You have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (must-have).

• Nice-to-have experience with: TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, Criteo, DV360.

• You are confident in analytics — GA4 is a must, familiarity with GTM and Pixels is a strong plus.

• You have experience mentoring a junior team member—or you are willing to learn how to do it effectively.

• You bring strong soft skills: communication, clarity, presentation.

• You have experience in audits and strategic planning.

• Bonus: experience running app campaigns (not required).

  
  

🟡 What Will You Do?

• Lead performance / full-funnel campaigns (primarily Meta + Google, with optional expansion into other platforms).

• Conduct audits, analyses, and build strategic recommendations.

• Present results and insights to clients or internal stakeholders.

• Support and guide a junior — share knowledge, set standards, help develop skills.

• Ensure quality and effectiveness in all campaign work.
