What type of people are we looking for?

• A strategist with strong experience in organic social media (not just execution, but strategic thinking)

• Someone who has worked with well-known or high-quality brands

• A deep understanding of what performs well on social media (what gets clicks, drives engagement, and has viral potential)

• Strong familiarity with Instagram & TikTok environments

• Up-to-date with trends, formats, and platform dynamics

• Able to turn insights into clear content strategies

• A proactive, independent thinker who brings ideas and direction

• A profile that leans more toward strategy than execution

• Availability of approx. 30 hours per month

What skills and experience are crucial for us?

• Organic Social Media Strategy

  • Experience in creating and leading organic social media strategies

  • Ability to identify trends and high-performing content formats

  • Strong understanding of virality and engagement mechanics

  Creative Briefing & Feedback

  • Experience in briefing creative teams (copywriters, designers)

  • Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback

  • Ensuring consistency between content and overall strategy

  Client Collaboration

  • Willingness to join client meetings when needed

  • Strong understanding of brand positioning and target audience

  Research & Content Translation

  • Strong research skills (especially within the supplements / health space)

  • Ability to translate complex or technical topics into engaging, easy-to-digest content

• Fluency in Polish and a very good command of English.
