HR Specialist for Marine Projects / Ship Repairs
Workplace: Gdańsk;
Main Responsibilities:
- regular communication with the management and project implementation teams,
- provide project staffing according to established requirements,
- responsibility for verifying, completing and archiving employee documentation,
- preparing change proposals for schedules and staffing plans and updating the rotation plan in the system,
- cooperation with the HR department and training providers to ensure training compliance, including mandatory certifications, travel readiness and other requirements,
- managing all practical aspects of staff changes and rotations and supporting travel-related activities,
- ensuring effective communication throughout the projects.,
- supervision and responsibility for legal formalities, including visas, work permits, leave, and certifications,
- updating of HR systems.
Position requirements
- minimum of secondary education required,
- experience in similar positions and projects is preferred,
- good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- strong communication skills in both Polish and English,
- high personal culture and effective communication skills,
- independence in organizing one's own tasks and responsibilities
- openness to new challenges and opportunities.
