Opis stanowiska

⌛️ Full-time job

💰 10 000 - 13 000 PLN net/month + performance-based bonus (B2B)

📄 UoP/B2B Contract (long-term contract with benefits and 24 days of paid break from B2B services)

📍 Working model: Hybrid (Wroclaw office), or more flexible if you are not from Wroclaw (1x month of office work)



ULAM LABS is a custom software development company specialized in building end-to-end products for B2B clients, focusing on the MedTech industry.


As a Sales Development Representative at ULAM LABS, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and initiating contact with high-potential B2B leads in the IT and MedTech sectors. You will leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold emailing to build a robust pipeline of prospects, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for our Sales team.


There is a possible evolution to a full sales role with closing responsibilities (end-to-end sales) in the future with opportunity to build and lead an outbound team as the company scales.



Your daily missions

  • Conducting research to identify potential clients and markets that can benefit from our software development services in the MedTech space

  • Utilizing various lead generation methods, including cold calling, cold mailing, social media outreach, and networking, to initiate contact with prospects

  • Responding to inbound leads from contact@ and other channels, routing them fast to the Sales team

  • Setting appointments and scheduling meetings between potential clients and our CEO for further nurturing and sales development

  • Collaborating with our marketing team and CTO to create and share informative content that demonstrates our expertise and attracts potential clients

  • Attending industry events, conferences (e.g. SEHTA, NHS), and webinars to establish relationships with potential clients and expand our professional network

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and lead status in our CRM system

  • Achieving or exceeding monthly lead generation and qualification targets

  • Providing regular reports on lead generation activities and progress to the CEO


Your profile

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (SDR/BDR) within the software development or technology industry

  • Proven ability to generate leads and engage prospects through various outreach methods

  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

  • Being self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Great English and Polish, both spoken and written (min. C1).

What will your onboarding be like?


First day and week

We are excited to spend your first two days with you in our office. You will get to know the whole Growth Lab team, meet CEO and Buddy - Basia Trybulińska, receive a welcome pack with all equipment you need for work. You will also complete the formalities of the contract, and have training on tools and health&safety. We will tell you more about the company and our culture. Time for a break and having coffee/tea and lunch on the house with CEO. 

 

After the first week, you will already know your team and supervisor, be introduced to the projects, and learn your first duties in the new position. You will become familiar with the intranet, HubSpot, and documentation of the projects you will be working on. You will finish the week with a feedback meeting hosted by the People & Culture Manager.


1 month

You will know all your responsibilities, and actively participate in team meetings for shadow sessions with review of existing outreach campaigns and ICP documentation. Your daily mission will be supervised prospecting with daily feedback, and first independent outreach sequences. You will end the week with a feedback meeting, hosted by the People & Culture team.


2-5 months


We want you to work independently, be able to plan your work for the week in advance, and to demonstrate ownership of the prospecting process without constant supervision, show initiative in optimizing outreach sequences and improving conversion rates, maintain professional relationships with prospects and positive team collaboration.

After five months of successful cooperation, you will talk to CEO and People & Culture Manager about how you are working with us. We look forward to your feedback. After the whole onboarding, you will already be fully implemented in the projects and your responsibilities, and you will master all the names of our employees! :)




How do we recruit?


  1. CV review

    Your application will be carefully reviewed to determine if you meet the basic requirements.

  2. Phone interview

    During the 30-min call, we will get to know each other better. Also, by talking in English.

  3. Meeting with the CEO and the Sales team member

    In this step, you can expect technical questions and an interview about your sales experience. We would like you to prepare a short presentation about: why you want the job, how you’d pitch ULAM LABS, and give an example of a prospect you've found and how you would customise outbound to approach them.

  4. HR online meeting

    The interview includes a company presentation and an in-depth interview with soft questions.

  5. Offering feedback

    You will receive summary feedback after the entire recruitment process. If we know you are a great fit for the role, we will make you an offer.
