Dynamic Projects: Lead and coordinate product related initiatives, guiding cross-border teams and supporting change across Retail&Bancassurance business models

Collaborative Environment: Work with an international team spread across different locations, designing and leading workshops to promote dialogue and problem-solving

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with local product teams, senior management, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals

Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes, implement best practices, and contribute to the optimization of our International Retail & Bancassurance strategy

Business Development: Monitor key activities and target fulfilment in defined CEE countries, organizing joint initiatives with partner institutions

Relationship Management: Develop and enhance relationships with network companies and stakeholders, facilitating efficient project coordination and best practice sharing

Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to plan, execute, and close projects, meeting deadlines and budget constraints

Stakeholder Management Skills: Effective communication and engagement with stakeholders at all levels

Leadership: Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams, with an entrepreneurial mindset and result-oriented focus

Language Proficiency: Business fluency in English; speaking other CEE languages is an advantage

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-Starter: Ability to work with minimal supervision, adhere to schedules, and follow up accordingl
- Bachelor´s or Master Degree in Business or a comparable field of study
- At least 2 of professional experience, ideally in an insurance company, bank, management consultancy or in the M&A sector
- Experience in an international environment or in working with international teams is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and initiative

Market Knowledge: Understanding of the CEE market environment in insurance is an advantage

Technical Proficiency: Confident with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with MS Teams and project management software is an advantage
- Willingness to travel abroad at least once per quarter
