We are currently looking for an experienced Partnership Specialist to join the Vercom Group and play a key role in expanding our strategic partnership network and strengthening our position in the European market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Building a sales funnel and developing your own client base while achieving partnership revenue targets.
  • Establishing long-term relationships with key partners in the e-commerce and technology sectors.
  • Partnership development: creating and implementing strategic partnership plans, supporting partner growth, and ensuring effective communication.
  • Partner education: promoting Vercom’s services and products, conducting training sessions, and supporting partners in maximizing the use of our solutions.
  • Identifying new opportunities: analyzing the market, identifying valuable partners, and proactively initiating collaboration.
  • Relationship management: monitoring partner satisfaction, ensuring high-quality cooperation, and driving partner performance.
  • Negotiating with enterprise-level partners to achieve optimal outcomes for both sides.



Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in partnership management, business development, or related functions within tech or e-commerce).
  • Proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales processes.
  • Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to close sales within designated timeframes.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Knowledge of CPaaS and cloud communication technologies will be considered an asset.
