Trade Marketing Specialist (Internationals markets)

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing activities and promotional campaigns to support international sales.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and identify key trends in global markets.
• Support the implementation and analysis of trade marketing initiatives, ensuring the sales team has the necessary tools and POS materials.
• Identify new promotional opportunities, marketing materials, and branded merchandise for different international markets.
• Contribute to the development of annual trade marketing plans for assigned brands/categories, including merchandising strategies.
• Help organize and participate in international trade fairs, industry events, and exhibitions.
• Support budget management and cost tracking for trade marketing activities.
• Update and maintain company websites (basic WordPress knowledge and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus).

What we expect:

• A university degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand management (experience in international markets is a plus).
• Any previous experience in trade marketing, brand management, or product marketing will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the pet industry market is a plus but not required.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and a general understanding of digital marketing environments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to take ownership of assigned projects.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
